By submitting material to MathNerds, you warrant that: (a) you are the owner of such material, and (b) the use of such material by MathNerds will not infringe the intellectual property rights of or otherwise violate the rights of any third party. By submitting material to MathNerds: (a) you automatically grant to MathNerds a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to post your material on the MathNerds site and to use, modify, copy, distribute, transfer, or sell any such material, for any purpose. You understand that MathNerds will have the right to screen, edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, in whole or in part, from any publicly available portion of the MathNerds Web Site at its sole discretion.

By submitting material to MathNerds you further understand that all questions, answers, and associated information posted to the MathNerds site are the property of MathNerds and that you will not use the questions, answers, or any other material in any way that would constitute a violation of any law or any rule or regulation in effect at your place of study or employment.

All material on the MathNerds Web Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws, and is owned by MathNerds or its licensors.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MathNerds and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and licensors from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, your infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other right of a third party, or from your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. MathNerds reserves the right to use its volunteers, or to terminate the services of a volunteer at any time. MathNerds does not guarantee any volunteer any particular volume of questions to answer, nor does it ensure that any volunteer will receive questions of any particular type. MathNerds may discontinue submitting questions to any volunteer at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.
